Hi so I was bored and I desided to randomly write a song. The people in the song are not real just personifications of my feelings sometimes. Any opinions?


Let Go

I’m wandering yet
Cause I’ve lost my way…
I’m running scared,
Where’s my faith?

Standing on the street,
I see her hurting.
Watch her, as I keep on living
Feeling helpless to stop
Her heartfelt pain.

Where’s my compassion?
Where’s my love?
I want to reach out,
To do what I could.

But I’m wandering yet
Cause I’ve lost my way…
I’m running scared,
Where’s my faith?

Enjoying lunch, chattin’ with my classmates…
See him there, awkward and lonesome.
View his desire to do as we are
But… I turn away

Why can’t I ask him,
To join our talking?
Just a couple of words to ease his hurting.
So, why don’t I?

I want to reach out,
To do what I could.

End my fretting that I appear a fool.
